Reporting Quotas and Limits

When it comes to online platforms and communities, it's important to have a system in place for users to report any violations of the platform's guidelines or terms of service. This not only helps keep the community safe and enjoyable for everyone, but it also helps the platform identify and address any potential issues.

At Zymono, we've created a simple reporting system that allows platforms to implement a reporting feature on their site or app. Users can report any violations by creating an account on Zymono and submitting a report. To prevent spamming and abuse of the system, we have implemented a quota that limits the number of reports a user can submit in a 24-hour period.

Specifically, each user is limited to 5 reports per 24 hours. This is a reasonable number that allows users to report any potential issues they encounter, while also preventing any single user from flooding the system with reports. However, we understand that there may be cases where a user needs to submit more than 5 reports in a day, such as if they come across multiple violations.

To accommodate such cases, we offer the option for users to upgrade to our Personal plan, which provides an extended quota of up to 10 reports per 24 hours. This allows users with more frequent reporting needs to have greater flexibility in addressing multiple violations. With the Personal plan, users can ensure that they can report any necessary violations without being limited by the quota.

By offering an extended quota option, we can ensure that users who need to report multiple violations can do so without being restricted by the standard quota. However, we still encourage users to use the reporting system responsibly and only submit reports for legitimate violations. We also continue to monitor the system for any abuse or misuse and take action as necessary.

Overall, we believe that our reporting system, with the option to upgrade to the Personal plan for an extended quota, provides an effective way to help keep online platforms and communities safe and enjoyable for all users. If you're interested in implementing our reporting system on your platform or have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at info@zymono.com.

Collaboration Risks with Zymono: What Online Platforms Need to Know

Collaboration is essential for managing reports of bad actors on online platforms like video games and social media. However, it can also introduce several risks. Zymono is a website that allows users to collaborate on report management by sending a link to invite others to join. While this feature can be convenient, it can also pose several risks that online platforms need to be aware of. The first risk of collaboration with Zymono is the potential for token exposure. When users send a collaboration link, it can potentially reveal their token, which can be used to access their reports via the API. This can compromise the security of the account and make it vulnerable to unauthorized access. To mitigate this risk, users should be advised to share the collaboration link only with trusted individuals and avoid sharing it publicly or with unknown persons. The second risk of collaboration is the possibility of false reporting or mismanagement of the account. When multiple people have acce
